It is a real syndrome, apparently you wake up unable to move, barely able to breathe... you feel an oppressive weight on your chest... and you sense some evil presence in the room... The old hag strikes!
The Old Hag is an evil spirit who is supposed to sit on a person's chest as they sleep and send them nightmares. Well, if some woman, real, ghost or otherwise climbs on top of me while I'm sleeping, all I can say is that it had better be for some really extreme kinky sex or I'll just be pissed.
