Where ever I have worked, the mix has always been predominantly female. After all these years I have got used to this, the type of conversations and dare I say it a small insight into how women think, likes, dislikes… It is a bit of a culture shock therefore to find myself working in a team consisting of 9 men and 1 woman… the guys ages are mostly 25 year olds with a 19 year old and 2 in their 40’s… the woman is 25.

I hate to say this, but the stereotypical view about men? They are true! Every conversation turns into sex… every female is judged, not graded 1 through 10 on merits looks personality, or such like. Oh No! Two grades! The grades are; you either would or you wouldn’t.

Have you ever heard of The "Old Hag" Syndrome? I hadn’t until the other day when I was idly browsing… nothing in particular. It is a real syndrome, apparently you wake up unable to move, barely able to breathe... you feel an oppressive weight on your chest... and you sense some evil presence in the room... The old hag strikes!

The Old Hag is an evil spirit who is supposed to sit on a person's chest as they sleep and send them nightmares. Well, if some woman, real, ghost or otherwise climbs on top of me while I'm sleeping, all I can say is that it had better be for some really extreme kinky sex or I'll just be pissed.
